# Getting Started with Quantiv

We're excited to help you unlock the full potential of our API and Widget products. Getting started is simple and straightforward.

## Step 1: Get in Touch

Reach out to us via [our website](https://www.quantiv.io/contact) to start the onboarding process. A Quantiv representative will connect with you to understand your use case and guide you through the next steps.

## Step 2: Sign the Agreement

We’ll provide a service agreement tailored to your needs. Once it’s signed, we’ll provision access to your developer resources.

## Step 3: Receive Your API Keys

You’ll receive both **sandbox** and **production** API keys to start building and testing right away.

- Use the **sandbox** environment to safely test your integration
- Switch to the **production** environment once you're ready to go live


## Step 4: Access the Customer Portal

We’ll invite you to the **Quantiv Customer Portal**, where you can:

- View your API usage metrics
- Monitor performance
- Track billing and quotas in real-time
